There are many opportunities for our alumni and friends to get involved, stay connected, and support the School. There are opportunities for everyone- for those looking to be involved with an ongoing commitment, as well as those looking for something on a one-time basis.
Engineering and Technology Alumni Board of Directors
There are many ways to become engaged with our Alumni Board from serving on the board, to nominating a fellow alumnus or alumna to serve, to participating in events, such as playing in our annual golf outing.
If you are interested in serving on the E&T Alumni Board of Directors, please complete an interest form. Perhaps you aren’t ready to commit to being a board member- that’s okay. We still welcome you to get involved by joining one of our Alumni Board’s committees, such as our golf outing committee, which plans the School’s annual golf outing that is hosted each September.
If you know someone else you think would be a great addition to the E&T Alumni Board, you may nominate them by completing the nomination form.

Internships and Co-op Opportunities for our Students
Not only are internship and co-op experiences greatly valued by our students, but they are also a requirement for many of our degree programs. These experiences complement the academic coursework and give students an unparalleled insight into industry. There can also be great value to an organization, such as pre-screening future employees or enhancing your reputation on campus. For additional information regarding the School’s Internship and Co-op Program, please contact Jennifer Williams, Director of Career Services, at 317-274-0805 or email@example.com.
Guest Lectures and Panels
Each semester various engineering and technology classes within the School host guest lectures and career panels for which we are always looking for volunteers to share their experiences. Our students greatly value hearing the advice and perspectives of those currently working in industry as they prepare to embark on their own future careers. If you are interested in serving as a guest lecturer or panel speaker, please contact Tanika Scott, Development Services Coordinator, at 317-274-7904 or firstname.lastname@example.org,.
